Alone in the Dark

The last 10 movies I watched were all horror.Suddenly few months back I had an urge to watch horror/thriller movies.I started with Wrong Turn,Hostel-2(scenes suck!I was on the verge of vomiting).And I watched them alone in the dark.That gave me the kick.There were some scary moments.There was a moment when I was shit scared.The tooth paste on my window fell down at a not so scary moment in the movie.I confess to having a sleepless night.I stopped watching movies but the night fever had caught again.I continued with movies like The Eye,Day of the dead(how many more such movies),Cry Wolf,The Reaping,Vacancy,Pitch Dark.Most of these movies had a good beginning and continued well but faltered at the end.Personally I enjoyed Pitch Dark and Cry Wolf most. Cry wolf had some really sexy twists(thats what I felt watching it alone).

Watching horror movies with friends ruins it.I watched Grudge,Evil dead,Exorcist(all were hilarious watching with friends).Thats when I decided to watch horror movies alone.It doesn't really matter whether it really has scary moments that make you pee.Once you get frightened you will keep getting frightened.

DVD Review-Khakee

The reason I am beginning my blog with film review is that I feel I have some content to write.

Khakee: Of the recent movies that Amitabh has acted in, my favorite was this.He gave a terrific performance and so did others Akshay,Tushar(voice was weak though),Ajay(although there are better movies).I thoroughly enjoyed this well made cop movie.In fact I consider it one of the best made cop movies from bollywood.The plot is always on the move and really gets you involved.There are the usual bollywood elements and the comedy is good.5 cops are thrown together to transport a terrorist.There are twists and a conspiracy.Though I must admit its been 4 years since I watched it and I don't remember some good parts of it.But still I remember myself recommending it to my friends.This movie is enjoyable and I recommend it to you.
